PLC S.p.A. is looking for a professional figure to be included within the HR department, to work alongside the Personnel Administration Manager for the following activities:

  • Recruitment; transformations; extensions; termination of employment contracts, preparation of letters and related UNILAVs;
  • Attendance and payroll processing;
  • Personnel cost processing;
  • Payroll accounting processing;
  • Elaboration of annual obligations (CU, 770, Self-assessments);
  • Management of the relationship with the INPS social security and INAIL welfare body;
  • Management of the employment relationship, professionalizing apprenticeship, placement / reintegration internships;
  • Management of the executive employment relationship and related Funds;
  • Management of national and transnational staff secondment;
  • Management of personnel transfer;
  • Data entry activities;
  • Archiving of personal documentation in force;
  • Preparation for the use of outlook; Zucchetti attendance and payroll software; internal management systems.

Furthermore, he / she must possess the following skills:

  • Knowledge of the English language level B2 (minimum);
  • 2/3 years of experience in the field.
